We’re excited to announce that proposal applications will open soon for funding to support Indigenous-led and co-led Land-Based Learning camps this summer. These camps offer an opportunity to take youth, students and leaders out on the land, where Indigenous and Western knowledges are braided to guide learning and deepen connection to place. From ceremonies to harvesting workshops to intergenerational teachings and environmental science activities, these camps honour diverse ways of knowing and provide space for cultural revitalization and land-based education.
Stay tuned for details on how Indigenous organizations, partners, and academic collaborators can apply.
